Please find attached the official guidance notes and information regarding the updates to:
- Rule proposal 29 (Sync/HybridTeams)
- Rule proposal 14 (Box Angle Measuring)
Both of which come into effect today, 30 September 2026.
We ask that all members review the attached guidance notes and familiarise themselves with these updated rules to ensure a smooth transition. We will also be sending this information by email to all team captains.
The Open Hybrid team has been added for all Primary Teams that have a 'Racing' Status and a Seed Time on the BFA website currently.
The remaining Open teams with a 'Racing' status and Hybrid Multibreed teams will be added over the course of the next 2 weeks.
If you spot any issues with the Hybrid team listings against your Primary Team, please contact claire.hardy@bfa.email
The updated rule book and C2’s can be found in the download section of the website.
