About the Role

We’re looking for someone to lead and refresh the BFA Judges’ Board, turning it into a focused, organised, and accountable team that delivers real results.  A key priority of the role is to redefine and align the Board’s overall aims and objectives, ensuring a clear and consistent direction for all activities.  You’ll set clear direction, ensure people follow through on their responsibilities, and introduce better systems and technology to support consistent judging across the UK.
